June 15, 2025 – Built to Last Series: How to Sit with Discomfort, Staying When It Hurts

Built to Last: Lessons in Resilient Discipleship

Week 1 of 3: “How to Sit With Discomfort: Staying When It Hurts” Can you stay present when everything in you wants to flee? In this Trinity Sunday message, we reflect on how the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit remain with us in suffering. From Job’s silent friends, to Jesus’ anguish in Gethsemane, to Paul’s affirmation that we are “pressed but not crushed,” this sermon invites us to learn the power of presence and faithful endurance. Join us as we explore what it means to sit with discomfort and grow stronger through the love of our Triune God.
