You are invited to our Church Conference Tuesday, October 29, 2024 starting at 6:30pm at host church Faith UMC, 107 Two Steeples Lane, Spring Mills.

All church members are encouraged to do the business of holy conferencing to vote on each report and policy that make ministry possible in our unique setting. Full members have voting privileges, but anyone may attend. It is necessary that full members sit in what will be considered the voting bar and spectators in a separate area to ensure the integrity of the voting results.

Sign up for your conference booklet on the sheet near the bulletins or by email at [email protected] no later than this Sunday morning. Your booklet will be available where you sign in starting 6pm. The conference will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

In order to be good stewards of everyone’s time, as all United Methodist Churches in the Penns Valley area will be conferencing together, I request that any questions you may have for the District Superintendent that do not pertain to the work of the conference be addressed at another time.
