St. James UMC Trustees and Administrative Board will consider security improvements to the exterior doors and their windows at the March 4, 2020 meeting.
Revised Security Plan Working Document
After months of discussion and prayerful consideration of the recommendations offered by Sheriff Bryan Sampsell and Dep. Robert Noell, we have requested and compiled estimates for specific improvements.
We are asking for you to pray for the church and for the unprecedented time in which we live when church security must be taken seriously by those entrusted with the safety of all St. James’ guests.
Your input is welcome. In order to retain your input precisely as presented, all comments and questions must be submitted in writing in the offering plate Sunday morning, or by mail to PO Box 90, Coburn, PA 16832 or by email to theiser@susumc.org. All input will be shared with the trustees and board members.
